Julie Graham is a licensed professional counselor in Virginia with over 6 years of experience supporting individuals experiencing challenges and difficulties during major life transitions. As a licensed professional counselor, Julie earned her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling in 2019 from Liberty University. Additionally, Julie received a Master’s Degree in Adult Education in 1999 from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Drawing from a unique background that began over 25 years prior as a professional in Organizational Development, Julie brings to counseling sessions a systematic and solution-focused perspective on diverse challenges clients face during various life stages. Offering person-centered, trauma-informed care tailored to each client’s counseling experience, Julie enjoys working with adults, adolescents (14+), and elders who struggle with complex trauma, PTSD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, life stressors, and interpersonal conflict. She uses evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, ACT, SFT, Narrative therapies to foster resilience, clarity, and meaningful change in her clients’ lives.
